Application and curing of the Linings
Following methods are being used for curing of rubber linings :

a) Autoclave methods    Under pressure of steam Rubber lining is cured (vulcanised)
b) Open Steam
Under Atmospheric Pressure Rubber lining is cured
c) R.T.Curing MethodIn case of very long, Large Tank/Equipment rubber lining is cured at Room Temperature by accelerated chemicals which takes several days/weeks to cure and it can be cured faster at elevated temperature.

In certain cases equipment itself is made as Autoclave for curing purpose.

Bonding Adhesive to bond uncured rubber linings.

With our experience of more than three decades, we have developed varieties of bonding adhesives with different combinations to suit varieties of service conditions like,

a) High pressure & impact
b) Vaccum
c) High Temperature
d) High frequency Thermal expansion contraction of equipment.
e) High abrasion, erosion& velocity.

Cold Bonding Adhesive

For Special conditions pre-cured "POLY FLEX™ / AKORROS ®" linings can be applied to different substrates like Concrete, M.S., S.S. etc. and after applications no vulcanisation is required as they are self curing at R.T.
