We have got well equipped rubber lining shop, fabrication facilities and moulding machinery's. We have recently acquired, " Technology Transfer" for special application rubber lining by cold bonding and self curing process from world renowned firm
M/s. A.Tamburini & C. Srl., ITALY. By this process we can undertake 'onsite' rubberlining of large size Tanks, Vessels, where boiler steam is not available for vulcanising.
We carry out rubber lining in different types of rubber such as semi-hard, hard and soft Natural Rubber Lining, Ebonite, Neoprene ®, Butyl, Hypalon ®, etc., depending on customers requirement and service conditions and also we provide food quality rubber lining.
We have got rubber moulding facilities where we manufacture Rubber Diaphragm for Weir type Diaphragm Valve as spare and also as captive consumption for our sister concern M/s. Asvik Industries who are manufacturing Diaphragm Valves and other moulded items as per Customer's specification.
