We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves as one of
the leading manufacturers in the field of Rubber Lined Diaphragm Valves and Flap type
Non-Return Valves. We have established our factory in the year 1972.
The most important components of valves viz; diaphragm and rubber lining of valve body is
carried out by our sister concern M/s.Poly Rubber Products, ensuring stringent quality
control on them.
We have got good established founders to meet our requirement of quality C.I. casting as
per I.S. 210 grade FG 200 and other grades as per specifications.
We manufacture this diaphragm valve in following size ranges :
- Flanged ends size : 15mm N.B. to 300mm N.B. with flanges drilled as per B.S. 10
table- D,E,F,H etc., as per ANSI B16.5 class 125-# and 150-# also as per other standards
to meet individual's requirement.
- Screwed-end valves with unlined Body and size from 15mm NB to 80mm NB.
- Non-Return valves lined or unlined with inserted neoprene rubber flap Size :
25mm NB to 350mm NB. Type of rubber lining provided to the valve body depends on individual's requirement,
service condition and it includes Hard Ebonite lining, Semi-hard and Soft natural rubber
lining, Food quality lining, Neoprene, Hypalon ®, Butyl, P.T.F.E.,
FRP, PVDF, Lead etc., along with Diaphragm in natural, Neoprene, Butyl, EPDM, Hypalon ®, P.T.F.E., Viton ® etc. The above valves are
used in water treatment plant, Chemical plant and plants handling corrosive chemicals,
acids, alkalies and slurries.
Our factory is approved by 3rd party inspection agency/consultant such as:

diaphragms are well accepted in Europe, South Africa and the Gulf.
